Sherlock Holmes' mouse counterpart Basil lives in the basement of 221B Baker Street, just below the great man himself. Hired to locate a kidnapped toymaker, Basil and his trusty sidekick Dawson soon find themselves up against their arch-enemy Professor Ratigan.
