In Liverpool in 1961, Brian Epstein (Jacob Fortune-Lloyd) manages his family's record store. After numerous requests for a record by a new local band, he goes to the Cavern Club to check them out. The band, The Beatles, impress Epstein with their set and he convinces them to let him be their manager.
