EXKLUSIVA MEDLEMPRISER -A number of academics and expert practitioners from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania the Nordic-Baltic Insolvency Network have over the past five years regularly met to discuss draft texts of proposed rules for various blocks of insolvency law topics.
